Recorded access to a purchased level has no time limit while the platform remains in service. Live training follows the confirmed instructor schedule; any replay access is specified before payment.

Recorded courses use Stripe in French and English, and Mercado Pago in Spanish. Live courses offer a 10% reservation deposit with the balance due at the start, or 50% at the start and the remainder after five weeks for individual classes. An administrator confirms manual payments.

No. It is an internal certificate, verifiable online, that attests that a level was completed according to our criteria.

Refund conditions are described in the terms and conditions. A refund removes access to the level concerned.

For one complete level: one-to-one live training costs 5,000 MXN; live group training costs 1,000 MXN per person with 5 to 10 students; recorded learning uses the configured price for the selected level or full path.

After a group of 5 to 10 students and a shared schedule are confirmed with the instructor. Participant numbers and arrangements are checked before payment.

One-to-one times are agreed with the instructor. For groups, the team gathers availability and proposes possible slots, then confirms a common schedule. Recorded learning lets you organize your study time without live appointments.
