1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Account: email address, full name, preferred language, and optionally your country code.
Learning: course progress, quiz answers and scores, projects you submit (text and files), and instructor feedback.
Orders: the courses you bought, order and payment status. We do not receive or store card numbers.
Messages: what you write in the contact form.
AI assistant (if enabled): usage counts, and the questions you ask, which are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate answers.

4. Processors and transfers

We share data only with providers needed to run the service:

Vercel: hosting of the Platform.
Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
Payment processors: MonCash (Digicel, Haiti, HTG) for the French site, Stripe for the English site, Mercado Pago for the Spanish site. They handle your payment data under their own policies.
Anthropic: AI provider, only for AI assistant questions.

These providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards: [TO BE COMPLETED: transfer mechanisms]. Certificates are public by design: the verification page at /verify shows the holder's name, the level, the issue date and the validity status.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls limiting who can see data, and private file storage where your submitted files are reachable only through temporary links. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act on any incident as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and, depending on where you live, to restrict or object to processing or to receive a copy of your data. Send your request through the contact form at /contact. We may need to verify your identity. Account deletion may be limited where we must keep records, for example payment records and issued certificates. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: one for your authentication session and one for your language choice. We also store one entry in your browser's localStorage for the light/dark theme. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics cookies. Because these are strictly necessary, no consent banner is needed.

9. Minors

10. Changes
