1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of Impulsa IA (the "Platform"), available at https://jun-creatif-ai-academy.vercel.app, and the purchase of its online AI courses. By creating an account or buying a course, you accept these terms.

2. Account

You need an account to buy and follow courses. You must provide accurate information (email, full name, preferred language) and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us through the contact form at /contact if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Courses and access

The Platform offers six course levels, which you can buy individually or as a complete path. Each purchase is a one-time payment. Access to the purchased content is granted for life, for as long as the Platform operates. Digital content is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed by our server. If the Platform ever closes, we will try to give reasonable advance notice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown with their currency and the payment processor before you pay. Payments are handled by third-party processors: MonCash (Digicel, Haiti, HTG) on the French site, Stripe on the English site, and Mercado Pago on the Spanish site. The Platform never sees or stores your card numbers; the processors handle your payment data under their own terms.

Test mode notice: while the Platform is in test mode, no real payment is collected.

5. Refunds

A refund removes your access to the refunded level(s), and any related progress may no longer be accessible. To request a refund, use the contact form at /contact.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, texts, exercises, quizzes, logos and the Platform itself belong to Jun Creatif or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for your own learning. You keep ownership of the projects and files you submit, and you give us the right to store and display them as needed to run the service, including for instructor review.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account, your login details or the course content with others;
• copy, record, resell, publish or redistribute course materials;
• bypass access controls, scrape the Platform or interfere with its security;
• submit unlawful, offensive or infringing content;
• cheat on quizzes or misuse certificates.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

8. Certificates

When you complete a level, you may receive an internal certificate from Impulsa IA. Anyone can verify it at /verify using its ID or QR code. The verification page shows the holder's name, the level, the issue date and the validity status. These certificates are not diplomas and are not an official accreditation. They only attest that you completed the corresponding course on this Platform.

9. AI assistant

Where enabled, an AI assistant can answer questions about the courses. Your questions are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the answers. Answers may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Check important information yourself. Usage may be limited by a quota.

10. Liability

The Platform and the courses are provided for educational purposes, without any guarantee of a specific result, job or income. To the extent permitted by law, Jun Creatif is not liable for indirect losses, for interruptions beyond its control (including those of hosting or payment providers), or for how you use what you learn. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms or the courses. Material changes will be announced on the Platform, with the update date shown at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Purchases already made remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Applicable law
